PROJECT SCOPE: IDEATION + EXECUTION OF STATIC + VIDEO PERFORMANCE ADS, AD OPTIMIZATIONS, PHOTO ART DIRECTION + RETOUCHING
ROLE: SENIOR ART DIRECTOR + CREATIVE LEAD OF PERFORMANCE
As Creative Lead, Art Direction on the Walmart+ Performance account, my responsibility is to adapt the visual language across an array of static and motion assets. I built relationships between client, internal design teams and the performance team in order to implement both consistent and out of the box visuals that would perform well throughout the marketing funnel and on social. After weekly analyzation of data, we put forth new ways to optimize creatives in rotation and to flex within the campaign VisID. This is a year long campaign with many optimizations and I was actively hands on creating statics and storyboards, as well as leading 2 designers and 2 video editors while working closely with copywriters to ensure creative goals were met. So far we’ve created thousands of versions and assets.
