PROJECT SCOPE: ART DIRECTION, PHOTOGRAPHY + COLOR GRADING; STORYBOARD ARTIST, SUPER DEVELOPMENT, PAID MEDIA (STATICS + VIDEO)
ROLE: ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Walmart+ It’s Walmart, plus was the 2024 thematic for the still quite new Walmart+ program. The goal here was to bring Walmart+ into a space that felt friendly and accessible to everyone in America. We used this overarching creative idea as the cornerstone to which we showed and spoke about specific benefits and offerings. The result was something memorable, interesting and personable. It was very well received with memberships increasing by the thousands.
As Creative Lead on the Walmart+ account, my responsibility is to ideate and adapt the visual thematic across an array of static and motion assets. I worked cross-functionally to build relationships between client, internal design teams and the performance team in order to implement both consistent and out of the box visuals that would perform well throughout the lower marketing funnel and on social. Part of the membership also includes partnerships with companies like Paramount+, Expedia, Exxon/Mobile and Burger King which offered an array of opportunities and challenges when developing creative.
