Amidst a Yahoo rebrand and before the holiday shopping season we poised Yahoo Shopping Hub as the go-to place to get the best deal. Our OCI was simple: Best purchase ever.
With a larger-than-life look and feel, we used bold lines and oversized product imagery to tap into the emotions of owning the things that are a big deal. The focus here was on the product and we had so much fun doing statics and animations that showed the consumer interacting with their purchase in a big way. The launch was so successful that we ended up creating an array of banners for each individual shopping moment leading up to the holiday season.
